Personal Childhood Web

This is a picture of two very special people in my life.  The woman on the far right side is my beautiful mother.  Someone who has loved me unconditionally my entire life.  She has supported me through lifes ups and downs.  She assured me that it will get better.  Her saying is "much prayer, much power; little prayer, little power".  I definitely hold onto to that today.  She has created a legacy that she will always be remembered for.  The grandkids walk through the house saying the phrase all the time and they know that its grandmas phrase.  The male is my older brother or "aka" my best friend.  This is the person that I can talk to about anything and he will give me great advice.  While we were coming up a lot of people thought we were twins, but he is actually two years older than me.  We are a family that values our religion, but loves past the pain.  There is no perfect person in our family so we realize from time to time we might let each other down.  However, it is our family tradition that "we get back up again" everytime.  As a military family, I will also add that we never leave a fallen solider behind.  We stick together and carry them through to the other side.

  1. Such a beautiful, strong family web. It is so amazing how even childhood friends can play a huge impact on one's life! I have a childhood friend of 30 plus years, and I do not believe there is a day that goes by that I don not talk to her.
