This is a picture of my oldest brother. He is four years older than me. He was my babysitter from time to time. He even got away with spanking me when I got out of line. He was a great role model. When I decided that I wanted to do Cometology School and it was not in the budget, he paid for me to get started. There was nothing that I could ask for that he would not for me. He always gave me a stripture from the bible to let me know that I was just as good as the other kids in my class at school. Today he is an excellent father of six and I look up to him still after all this time.I could not have asked God for a better family. When he placed me into my family, it was just "perfect" for me.
Tymeshia, It is wonderful to read about your childhood web. It is very clear that you were raised with a lot of love and support and encouragement. I recognize strong and positive relationships that you had as a child, which also probably contributed to a strong bioecological model. Your faith and its community seems to be a powerful positive force for you now and as a child. It is lovely to read about. Zeina
